What LeadOps AI provides
LeadOps AI provides software for service businesses to track leads, manage follow-up dates, record lead activity, maintain business profile context, and generate AI-assisted summaries and reply drafts.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You should only enter customer, lead, and business data that you are authorized to use in the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions, payment methods, billing management, and invoice access are handled through Stripe. Plan details may change over time, and customers will be notified before material changes affect their account.
AI-generated outputs
AI-generated summaries and replies are drafts created from the information available to the system. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific customer situation.
Customer responsibility for replies/quotes
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending any customer replies, quotes, recommendations, or commitments. LeadOps AI does not replace business judgment or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use LeadOps AI to store unlawful content, violate privacy rights, send spam, mislead customers, abuse the service, interfere with platform security, or upload data you do not have permission to process.
Service availability
We aim to keep LeadOps AI reliable and available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party services, or technical issues.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel according to the subscription options available through Stripe or by contacting support. Access and billing changes may depend on the billing cycle and Stripe subscription status.
